2250/51/55 Raised Panel Steel

Built for both longevity and value, this door recreates the elegant look of wood with a deeply-embossed, distinctive panel design. It has the appearance of our top-of-the-line models, yet remains economical and efficient – making it one of our most popular models. Available in five designer colors, these durable steel doors complement the look of almost any home.

2″ thick door sections are formed from heavy, 25-gauge galvanized draw quality steel.
Section joints are roll-formed into a tongue-and-groove design which produces a superior weather seal.
Inside stiles are made of galvanized steel and stile holes are “dimpled” for increased holding power.
Bottom weather seal utilizes an aluminum retainer and extruded virgin vinyl.
Extension or torsion springs are individually computer-calibrated to lift your door.
Extra-heavy paint system consists of 0.25 mil. primer with rust inhibitor and a 0.75 mil. coating of baked-on polyester paint in your choice of white, almond, sandstone, desert tan, or brown.
Hinges are stamped from galvanized steel in a “wide body” pattern for greater stability and longer life.

5250/51, 5950/51 Stamped Carriage Collection

While maintaining the elegant appearance of our premier models, these all-steel Carriage House doors perfectly combine the beauty and charm of a traditional wood carriage house door with the durability and value of a pan-style door. The 5250/5950 models are deeply embossed with a wood grain finish, available in a variety of colors, and have several window options to choose from. Decorative handles and hinges are the standard option, but can be upgraded to wrought iron for a truly old-world look that will compliment your home perfectly.

25- Gauge All-Steel Carriage House Door

Southridge Collection

The Southridge Collection is manufactured from heavy 24 and 25 gauge steel, wood-grained sections and utilizes a solid overlay exterior. Each door is fully insulated with vinyl back polystyrene insulation. Installing a carriage door from our Southridge Collection not only adds beauty and value to your home, but years of virtually maintenance free service. Each door is covered by our limited lifetime warranty.

Base sections are formed from heavy, woodgrain textured, 24/25-gauge galvanized high quality steel.
Sections have 2” total thickness, are 18” w/2 ¼” rails or 21” w/3 ¾” rails.
Overlays are always Primed Extira and are bonded to sections utilizing high performance adhesives.
Extira is a composition of wood, phenolic resins, zinc borate, water repellent & other ingredients.
Superior overlay than any other comparable overlay in the market.
The manufacturing is a proprietary, patented steam injection technology unique to any other, which enables Extira to provide a moisture, rot and termite resistant product.
There is a 5-year warranty on Extira.
Southridge doors are built ready-to-paint final color preference, but have extra heavy base paint system in your choice of White, Almond or Sandstone, consisting of 0.25 mil.
Primer with rust inhibitor and a 0.75 mil on Extira overlays.
Coating of baked-on polyester paint.
Safe to paint alternative color (including dark colors).

Southridge Door Construction

This model utilizes a 24/25 gauge exterior steel skin. Chosen for its weather resistant features, Southridge models utilize a 1-3/8″ thick CFC free polystyrene insulation with vinyl back covers. Steel end and intermediate stiles are held firmly in place by a tab-loc system, creating increased strength and rigidity.

3295 Aluminum Full-View Doors

2” aluminum stiles with a tongue and groove rail frame construction provides a superior joint strength.
4” top and bottom rail and 2” intermediate rails create additional perimeter strength.
Extrusions feature a closed construction for a rigid frame.
Available in clear anodized or white – optional powder coating available in a multitude of colors.
Hidden through-bolt assembly insures maximum structural integrity.
Optional aluminum panels may be specified to create solid sections and are available as insulated or non-insulated.
Glass options are 1/8” plain, tinted or frosted (DSB), 1/8” (polycarbonate), 1/4” (tempered) or 7/16” (insulated, tempered) glass.
1/8” plain glass is standard.
Each full-view section utilizes white or black retainers.
Exhaust ports are optional for bottom section.
Track options include 2” or 3” bracket or clip angle mount and designed to accommodate virtually any headroom design requirements.
